Have been seeing GP for 10 years with PMR. Was referred to Dr Jadon who listened patiently to my symptoms and history. He was very attentive and sympathetic, good eye contact. Not just “keep taking the tablets” and a pat on the head. He referred me to another department and arranged further investigation, blood tests, x-ray and MRI. Arranged full information reporting via MyChart and has followed up by phone. Very impressed
