Very kind caring and understanding….always listens carefully and does not use the computer at the same time!! Good eye contact!! Offers practical helpful useful advice … Rarely runs on time but not a problem because of the care you receive when seen… just have to make that allowance when planning your timing!!! Great doctor

I had an excellent encounter with Dr Sherwell today. I felt listened to, my concerns addressed, he spoke to me and truly listened. I was able to have both of my children seen on the same morning that I called. Dr Sherwell really reassured me that my children were fine and that if I had any concerns going forward he would happily see them again and I really felt heard. This is the best surgery I have been at, I get treated like a human being and I never feel like a pain.
