I wasn't impressed by this pain specialist concerning my debilitating and chronic foot condition. Attempting to discuss the problematic peripheral neuropathy along with the alteration of my foot structure was a major fail. Very disappointed I was referred to him, but hopefully I'll seek another specialist who will listen and undertake what needs to be accomplished.

Response from Dr Christopher Jenner

Dear Madam, I sincerely apologise upon receiving your unsatisfactory feedback. I provided several multidisciplinary treatment options tailored to your specific case, which included analgesic/antineuropathic medications, minimally invasive pain medicine procedures, advanced pain medicine procedures, specialist pain physiotherapy, and clinical pain psychology. Additionally, I recommended a number of surgeons to explore surgical treatment options. I deeply regret that you feel the standard of care you received fell short of your expectations. If you are open to it, I am more than willing to have a detailed discussion about the management strategies and explore any other possibilities that might improve your experience. For more positive feedback and testimonials, you can visit the testimonials section of our website: londonpainclinic.com. As leading Harley Street Pain Medicine Consultants in London, our goal is to deliver the highest level of care to all our patients. Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience you may have faced, and I hope we can work together to find a better path towards managing your pain and improving your well-being. Yours, Dr Christopher Jenner MB BS FRCA FFPMRCA Consultant in Pain Medicine Director of London pain clinic
