Extremely friendly, happy, caring & great artwork in office to cheer everyone up! Made us feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Great with the kids. Never met such a polite, happy, welcoming doctor, he was a breath of fresh air.

Dr Chris listened, empathised and understood my view point as a parent of the patient. he is approachable, listened to my concerns and provided clear communication as to his plan of action to escalate the issue, was apologetic for others in the rpactice dismissive approaches despite not being his fault. truly compassionate leadership behaviours exhibited.
