This is the first time I have seen Dr.Targett. Instantly, he was friendly and welcoming. Big smile and a warm disposition. I really got the feeling he was listening to what I had to say and he discussed openly various thoughts and options. I left reassured and would have no reservation in recommending Dr. Targett to anyone.
