Dr Wickrama was attentive, clear, compassionate and constructive. In 30 years of having debilitating insomnia she was the first NHS Dr to take it really seriously, recognise the impact on my health and really think through the possible options and I am enormously grateful to her. Just to feel that someone was really listening made a huge difference.
