Dr Charles Murray was friendly, courteous and helpful. He made me feel at ease , which helps a great deal if you know you will be under sedation. His entire team , including the anaesthetist, were as helpful and reassuring as one would have hoped they would be. However, I had challenges setting up “My Chart” and, as a result, have taken this long to give the feedback I should have given immediately after my treatment .
