Dr Warrilow! If only, if only he was not quite so esteemed and a little easier to see face to face. I know this is impossible as he cannot be everything to everyone. But what a good doctor we have, an empathic, caring gentleman,who always lets you leave his surgery with some hope. He has cared for us ever since he first came to Charing . Almost twenty years? We cannot thank him enough. Just do not know how he manages. Would like to thank all the folks who keep our surgery running. To thank the lasses in the Pharmacy. Bill Warrilow is the most caring, considerate and thorough doctor that I have ever had. Just a pity that so many other people thinks so too as it makes it very difficult to get an appointment with him.

Bill always makes time for you - he gets to know the patient as a person, remembers little details - I arrive with my list and I leave feeling valued and informed about the next steps of my care plan - I have nothing but praise for Dr Bill Warrilow - and indeed the entire Charing Team - only this afternoon I needed to make concurrent appointments with the Nurse - and as always the receptionist was helpful and also completely understood - she was friendly and helpful - again this has only ever been my experience - the Charing Practice is FAULTLESS - I am reassured to be one of their patients - never rushed, never hurried and always well cared for. Thank you Dr Warrilow and the Charing Team.
