I was referred to Dr Warrilow for minor surgery. I was immediately reassured by his confident and friendly and understanding manner. I appreciated the fact that he explained exactly what he would do and how he would do it. Throughout the procedure he was cognisant of any potential discomfort and was reassuring. At the end he showed what he had done and talked me through the aftercare. I felt that his expertise, confidence and manner made the op a more positive experience than I had expected.

A quite amazing man. So so kind and considerate towards my 93 year old aunt. He gave so much time to her and explained everything, every step of the way. A Dr who puts the patient first and totally at ease is, sadly, something we don't see as often as we should. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him - Dr Warrilow, I hope you read this - thank you very much for your time, your skill and your care towards my aunt. I hope the patients at Charing surgery know how lucky they are.

I turned up at the surgery having gashed my arm, in the hope of getting a nurse to look at it and advise me on the right kind of dressing to apply. I did not have an appointment, but after a short wait Nurse Annie saw me and decided it needed a doctor to deal with it. Dr Warrilow dealt with the gash very quickly and efficiently and I left the surgery feeling that I had been seen by very competent people and that I had received a first class service.
