On 19th January, 2016, having been referred by my own doctor, Dr Warrilow removed a 'thingy' from my chin. From start to finish I found the service 'excellent'. I was looked-after impeccably and the actual op. was carried-out professionaly and with great care. I found Dr Warrilow very reassuring, he has a great sense of humour and his dedication is obvous. Saw Dr Warrilow for the first time today. Immediately felt at ease and his explanations of my issue were easy to understand and I had full confidence in him. I travelled from Herne Bay to Charing for this appointment and my only regret is that I might not have the option of seeing him again.

This Dr has the best bed-side manner I've ever come across. I walked into the surgery probably expecting to be prescribed anti-biotics and ended up having minor surgery to remove a cyst right there and then which was just perfect for me as it meant that I didn't have to organise another session with time away from work and travel to get there. He was extremely friendly, explained everything clearly to me, made sure I was happy with what was going to happen and very clearly described the after care I would need to do myself. One very happy customer here, thank you
