Dr. Warrilow and his lovely nurse were amazing. I had minor surgery and was treated with such dignity and respect. Everything was explained fully and the whole experience kept me calm and relaxed. The procedure was painless as I was monitored constantly to ensure I felt comfortable at every stage, The environment was perfect, so 'unclinical' compared to a major hospital. Charing clinic is such an assett for Shepway. Thank you Dr.Warrilow.

I was very apprehensive about the procedure that I was having. I instantly felt at ease and Dr Warrilow was reassuring and informative. He spent time to talk through all aspects of the procedure and answer any questions that I had. I felt happy and at ease throughout the procedure and I would definitely recommend Dr Warrilow and would happily visit him again if the need arises. He is talkative, (in a positive way), friendly and the procedure was pain free ( Dr Warrilow is very honest about the pain levels that may be felt) and it really was not as bad as imagined. Thank-you very much Dr Warrilow it was a pleasure (almost!!).
