Fantastic care. Dr Warrilow explained everything in detail, and even drew a diagram of what he was going to do so I was totally at ease and spoke to me all the way through the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

It took a while to get the appointment to undergo a minor surgical procedure but once that was confirmed everything else flowed flawlessly. At Charing surgery I was greeted by a very cheerful receptionist who booked me in and told me where to go, being early I thought I may have to wait a while but things were running on time and I was called in exactly on my appointment time by a firm handshake and cherry smile from Dr Bill Warrilow.. Dr Bill Warrilow sat me down and then proceeded to explain in Leymans language what the problem was, how he was going to deal with it and what would happen afterwards, he even took the time to draw me pictures, now that's commitment. Dr Bill Warrilow has a happy and charming disposition which immediately puts you at ease, these together with a happy professional nursing staff made the whole experience comfortable and worry free. During the procedure I was updated on the progression and never once felt ill at ease or pain. I would whole heartedly recommend Charing Surgery and especially Dr Bill Warrilow and his nursing staff. Excellent, thank you.
