When I arrived for my for my appointment I was very impressed with the buildings and grounds which were beautifully kept. On entering the surgery with thought how nice it was , very light and airy and the receptionist was first class. Dr Warrilow greeted me warmly and fully explained the procedure (with a sketch) that he was going to perform on me. It didn't take long to do and nurse Kerry covered my wound. Then I was given details of how to care for the wound. Overall my experience was very good and I was pleased that I had been sent to your surgery. With many thanks, Michael Green 01/08/2017

Dr Warrilow was very down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. The procedure was over and done with very quickly which was an added bonus and Dr Warrilow continued talking and making me feel at ease throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend him

I had two moles removed this afternoon by Dr Warrilow and I was feeling quite scared about this. He made me feel very calm and relaxed and as for the procedure he did a fantastic job as they were on my face i was worried about scaring. I didn't need to be as he made the smallest incisions that will heal very quickly. I didn't feel a thing and it was over really quickly. He was very professional yet made me feel very at ease. I would highly recommend him.

Aged 67 I have seen a fair number of doctors/surgeons over the course of my life and have nearly always been impressed with their professionalism and dedication. Dr Bill Warrilow was no exception. Tasked with removing a largish cyst from my lower back he proceeded with introducing the surgical team, marking out and photographing the operation area, explaining the procedure and asking for written consent to continue. The local anaesthetic was administered painlessly and the cyst removal proceeded without complication. The wound was closed up using stitches and dressed accordingly. Arrangements were explained for the stitch removal in 10 days. Since the operation I have had the minimum of discomfort and the benefit of no longer having an uncomfortable lump in the middle of my back. I would recommend Dr Bill Warrilow to any prospective patient without hesitation.
