Had a lump removed by this doctor today, he was friendly and polite and professional. after greeting me he introduced me to his team and then sat down with me and explained the whole process, this put me at ease and i was relaxed throughout. The removal was quick and painless and he took the time to chat with me afterwards. Very nice man.

Removal of cyst from bsck of neck: On arrival at the Charing Surgery I was greeted in the waiting room by Dr Warrilow in person who lead me to his office and introduced me to each of his team individually who I could see were all busy but they all stopped and took the time to say hello. Dr Warrilow then took a photograph of my cyst which he showed to me and used to explain the whole procedure from start to finish. This filled me with great confidence. The procedure itself was performed with the utmost professionalism with Dr Warrilow and his team talking to me the whole time thus taking my mind off of what was happening. I have to say, I hardly felt a thing! My whole experience lasted approximately 45mins however it only seemed about 5mins. I would like to thank Dr Warrilow and his very friendly team for their professionalism and efficiency. Thank You
