My appointment went ahead on time - a great start! No time to sit and worry! I was welcomed by Dr Warrilow who introduced me to his equally welcoming staff. The minor, surgical procedure was fully explained to me in simple terms and with diagrams. I was in no doubt what to expect. With total reassurance, the procedure - with injections and incisions (!!) went ahead and was quite incredibly, quick and painless. After the procedure, I was given clear and concise information about surgery after care. The whole experience was truly BRILLIANT!! How often can that be said after an NHS appointment . . . . .?

I attended Dr Warrilow's clinic for removal of a cyst on my neck. From beginning to end the whole episode was excellent. My wife was invited in and Dr Warrilow introduced the other two professionals present. I was made to feel totally at ease and for the first time my "lump" was explained in great detail which I very much appreciated. We chatted all through the operation - I guess to make me feel at ease (it worked). At all times Dr Warrilow explained what he was doing and the whole experience was painless - amazing! Probably one of the best NHS experiences I have had.

Second time I've seen Dr Warrilow for a minor procedure - ideal, puts you at ease, has time for you [event though he's on a schedule!] gets the job done quickly and efficiently
