Yesterday's visit to Dr Warrilow for removal of a lesion from my shin confirms what I have always felt, that he is an extremely capable and exceptionally caring GP and very knowledgeable.He inspires confidence with his common sense approach and never appears to be in a hurry. He combines warmth and friendliness within his professional role. He explained yesterday's procedure carefully and carried it out gently and efficiently. The anti-Covid precautions taken at the surgery gave me as much confidence as I could feel anywhere in these precarious times. I have had little experience of the other GPs in the practice, but I hope that Dr Warrilow's example is an inspiration to them all.

I arrived to have minor surgery Dr Warrilow introduced himself, along with the lady assisting him, I too believe a Doctor. He explained everything he was going to do, and kept asking if I was comfortable and could feel any pain. I truly never felt anything at all, well pleased with the courteous service I was given. Very impressed Many thanks, much appreciated

Friendly and well educated consultation. Explained what my condition was and how to reliveve pain. I had a steriod injection that had not worked on the previous occasion. This time, it worked and the pain relief is good. Gave me a consultant for my Doctor to contact, if corrective surgery is required in the future.
