This is not my normal GP practice so I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure that I was having. I was treated extremely well by the staff as soon as I arrived at the surgery .Dr Warrilow explained to me about my condition and what he was going to do.I was asked continuously if I was ok this made me feel at ease. I would like to say thank you to him and everyone else that helped me .I would highly recommend this surgery .

Dr Warrilow saw me at the scheduled time of my appointment and clearly explained verbally and with diagrams what my treatment would be. He asked me if I had any questions and completely put me at my ease. During the procedure, he engaged with me by asking questions about what I did, which took my attention off the procedure and helped me relax. The injections were administered gently and I felt no discomfort. I would be happy to be treated by Dr Warrilow again.

I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Both nurse and doctor made me feel relaxed and confident, and all was completed very rapidly with consideration for my welfare. I much appreciated Dr Warrilow also attending to a completely different medical matter about which I had a concern. All questions were answered thoroughly and I understand the next steps that will be taken.
