Dr Warrilow explained the procedure in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. He offered advice and answered my questions. He has a great bedside manner, combining fact with humour and really made me feel at ease. He talked to me throughout the procedure so I knew what was happening. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Warrilow.
