Bill fully explained what my lump was and how it was caused and the procedure,he and his colleague were going to do to remove it.. The procedure was pain free. Bill explained that the lump would be sent away for analysis. My whole experience at Charing was handled with total professionalism and I can confirm my total satisfaction with the experience.
