I thought the care and treatment I received went smoothly, the surgeon spoke to me about the procedure I would receive in depth and I felt the information given was easy to understand, the surgeon even drew a diagram of how the procedure would look and all of my questions were answered and helpful. Throughout the procedure the surgeon and nurse kept me informed around what would happen next, what I might feel regarding pain, effects of anesthetic etc, again reassuring me all of the time. After the procedure I was then reminded of dates to have stitches removed & when I could remove the dressing & this information was also written down for me to take away, which was very helpful. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from this experience and very greatful, thank you. The person who treated me was Dr Bill Warrilow and his colleague.
