I have had no previous experience of pain management support, so had nothing on which to base any expectations. From our first meeting Dr Shetty made me, as his patient, the sole focus of his attention. He asked questions and listened attentively to my responses, offering clear explanations of the structures and processes that he would follow, until a positive result could be achieved. Dr Shetty has a calm manner that put my husband and I at ease at each point of contact. He is able to move easily between the necessary conversation related to the medical issue at hand and maintain a level of personal conversation that makes one relaxed under challenging circumstances.
