Reviews
Taking 7 weeks from patient's visit to send report to patient's doctor is somewhat excessive.
The doctor listened and explained to me with patience and care.
Dr Negoescu is a lovely person, with a lovely bedside manner, polite and welcoming.
she has helped me feel heard and not feel like I am wasting people’s time with my different joint pains.
She is very thorough in her examinations and will try to get to the bottom of what is going on.
Very caring attitude and explained my condition thoroughly, answered all my questions.
During my consultation I felt very listened to and respected. I wasn't rushed or dismissed in anyway.
I was treated with absolute kindness. This made me feel extremely reassured especially as being unwell and in pain makes one feel very vulnerable.
I was immensely impressed with all members of staff during my visit and how smoothly and efficiently the departments ran.

I am a Consultant Rheumatologist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. Having grown up in a small town in southern Romania, I qualified in Bucharest, where I started my training in Rheumatology, before moving to the UK in 2012.
I joined Addenbrooke's Hospital in 2013 as a research fellow and spent 18 months working in the Rheumatology Research Unit, gaining experience in clinical trials and the use of biologics and small molecules.
I am currently leading the early inflammatory arthritis service in Cambridge, and along with my colleagues in Paediatrics, I am developing a transition service for young people with chronic rheumatological conditions, aiming to improve their journey towards adult services, and helping build their confidence in managing their condition. I also do community Rheumatology clinics in Ely and Newmarket, for people who are local to these areas.
