Dr Hepburn comes across as caring, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He explains clearly and listens, engaging with you. He is approachable and clearly wants to help. One feels valued as an individual and unique. He does not give the impression he thinks he’s God, as some consultants unfortunately do. I have recommended him several times and we are very fortunate to have him in West Sussex.
