I don’t know how service could be improved. In sequence: telephone and email reminders of appointment. I was seen on time with a friendly welcome. The treatment followed a clear explanation of exactly what would be happening and the examination was thorough and all was delivered with an unhurried air with time for questions at all stages. Thanks.
