Very unhappy with a recent appointment due to the total lack of empathy from the female dentist Ms M.Edwards.
I would not recommend her as a result.
She may be a qualified professional but in my virw needs some training in people skills & empathy towards patients in distress & pain.
Suggested improvements
Empathy would be a good start with patients that are in distress & have been in pain!
