I have been seeing Karen when the need arises for a number of years now. She always makes me feel that I matter and she cares about me as a whole and not just my physical issues.
It is always explained to me what is going on and my treatment discussed.
I really don't see any room for improvement in the excellent care I receive and would highly recommend Karen.

My physio visits with Jo have been an extremely positive experience. She has always been kind, considerate, and professional in every way. Communication has been easy and she has always answered my questions quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Physio 3 to anyone who is seeking treatment and shall continue to visit whenever it is necessary.

We were recommended physio by my daughters coach after an ankle injury during a football match. Our appointment was with Jo at Colchester Stadium, a really convenient location with great parking. The room was spotlessly clean and Jo was delightful, friendly and very knowledgable about my daughters type of injury. After a few sessions and instructions for home therapy (and the very kind loan of therapy equipment), my daughter is now back to full strength with no pain at all. Thank you for such a positive experience and for supporting my daughters recovery. Highly recommend them.

Physio 3 has good treatment facilities and COVID 19 precautions are carefully adhered to. It is easy to contact them for bookings etc., all very businesslike and helpful.
I have benefited from treatment for various problems over several years and do not hesitate to return as necessary. (Plenty of parking). Highly recommended.

I saw Naomi for a problem I had. She was very professional and made me feel at ease.
The exercises were well explained to me by Naomi. She also gave me documentation to
Back these up. She’s also friendly and helpful and didn’t mind repeating the exercises when I asked her to.
After 3 month I had significant improvement.
I can really recommend Physio 3.0

Physio 3.0 are expert practitioners who took the time to properly assess and treat my injuries. A lot of time was put in to ensure I had the right exercise program in between my treatment sessions, this ensured a fall recovery. All aspects of my treatment were clearly explained and the team always took time to listen to how I felt I was progressing.
I thoroughly recommend Physio 3.0 for their expertise and attention to detail.

My physiotherapist, Karen, is excellent and I always leave the room feeling better both In spirit and in body.
She has used acupuncture to help my arthritic knees and I find this an excellent therapy.
I am extremely grateful to be able to access Karen when I find myself requiring an appointment. Thank you !

Karen has extraordinary abilities. When I first came to see her I could not bend to put my socks on without pain despite having seen a chiropractor for more than a year. In 3 sessions she fixed the problem. She is a person of impeccable integrity.
