The receptionist when I first phoned was really lovely and friendly, helped me feel supported with the situation. It made all the difference having her be so friendly and caring. The consultation was informative and sorted organising an appointment. But I felt the person I spoke to seemed disinterested and was reading from a form I felt would have been more appropriate as a online form to fill out. The nurses and widwife at the clinic were really lovely and friendly- again they made the situation feel comfortable and supported. I was seen quickly and efficiently. Would overall really recommend the service.
