The staff were so lovely, supportive, warm and friendly, the medical staff and the front of house staff. I was made to feel really comfortable and everything felt laid back but professional. I did have my Friday 2pm appointment cancelled but it was rescheduled for the following morning so I can't complain. Ive been impressed and pleased with my treatment.

The receptionist Shelley was absolutely brilliant! The Health Care Assistants in the Recovery Room were fantastic and the Midwife during the Surgical Procedure was also great. These individuals made me feel very much at ease and comfortable with what was about to happen. I wouldn't suggest all the other individuals did the same. The nurse who completed he consent section spoke far too fast and seemed like she was operating a conveyor belt.
