I was absolutely terrified with a patient before me which wasn't happy which caused me a few extra nerves, they comforted me and made sure I was completely ok the entire way from the phone call to the aftercare and I am so thankful, so thank you so much to all the girls today ❤️

One bit of feedback is when I went for my appointment with the nurse in Bolton I was told I could have a surgical appointment when I arrived at Manchester they wasn't sure if I could be treated due to being 5 months post section which was really stressfuln

Very long waiting times, although understandable due to a lot of illnesses of staff. Staff were very friendly.

Everything was perfect, treated me with care and consideration. Thank you so much for making patients feel safe and non judged. Only thing I would improve is the phone booking service as I thought that communication was easily confused.
