During my appointment, I was very nervous and my nurse [name removed] was very attentive. I found myself shaking during my scan and she asked how I was feeling. She explained everything in a very calm, concise manner.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the help they’ve given me these last few days; from the receptionist to the nurse. Being a young girl i’ve been to nurses before where they’ve spoken down to me etc so i was a bit anxious about ringing. But all the ladies were so caring and non-judgmental. They made me feel so at ease, and i would recommend anyone to choose Marie Stopes. Thankyou so much again everyone at the manchester centre in fallowfield, that centre and everyone who comes in is lucky to have you all.

From the initial phone call to attending the clinic, everyone at MSUK was friendly, helpful and reassuring. It made a process I was dreading so much more bearable and I am so thankful for all the help and support provided.
