I have used this service once before and was taken care of appropriately. The procedure was carried out pretty quickly and I was out at ease by two lovely ladies during the time.

Staff are very attentive and making you feel relaxed and informed.
One of the phone staff was rushing to speak to me and didn't make me feel comfortable whilst the other was lovely.
