The clinic in fallowfield was incredible, all the ladies were lovely and kind and respectful.
The only part of the process that was poor was the booking service where the lady said she was only able to find me an appointment 5 hours from home. When I called back 5 minutes later and spoke to somebody else they found 3 appointments within 1-2 hours from my home. I don't know why the [name removed] was so uncompassionate and it did feel like she's was being purposefully awkward.
