The care I received was beyond the level of exceptional service I expected. All of the nurses and sisters I encountered were clear, direct and professional but still extremely caring and nice. The feeling in the waiting room with the nurses made me feel extremely comfortable and I felt at all times if I needed something that it would always be accommodated to the best of everyone's ability. I don't think anything could have been improved, this was such a comforting experience.
