Absolutely everyone I came into contact with was absolutely lovely and explained everything so well and didn't make me feel rushed, it felt like I was the only one in the building and I had everyone's care and attention The lady [name removed] who explained everything to me first made me feel so at ease and my nursing team [name removed] and [name removed] (I can't remember the rest, but they were so professional and calmed me down easily)
