It was very well explained and I was very looked after post op. The nurses and surgeon came out to check on me which I thought was very comforting.

I found everyone I spoke to, whether over the phone or in the clinic gave me the time I needed and were so kind and understanding. Particularly the nurses and midwives at the clinic were amazing. It made the process less daunting and more straightforward. Because I trusted the staff who worked with me I didn't feel at all anxious about my procedure.

Waiting time was long nobody came to waiting area and explained about the reason for delay which was bit upsetting rather than that everything was fine and supportive

The nurses/doctors in the treatment room and in the aftercare room were amazing but was waiting for over 2 and a half hours in the waiting room
