Never going to choose excellent as it was most certainly not an enjoyable experience. The lady at the welcome desk freaked me out by being so haughty and unfriendly which is disappointing because first impressions really set the tone for the whole event but other than that everyone was lovely and friendly and this has been very smooth. Thank you.
