Although I've made a complaint to the errors when my procedure was booked, I must say that the care I've received has been nothing short of outstanding; I felt looked after, reassured and totally supported by every member of staff at my consultation and today at my procedure.
Thank you so much for making a difficult time as easy as possible.
All the people have been absolutely lovely.

From the lady at reception to the nurses midwives doctors they was all very welcoming and understanding of the situation I was going through. They made me feel at ease and I never felt judge
