From the initial phone call to the treatment, I cannot thank you all enough for the kindness and respect I was shown. Travelling from overseas and not having anyone with me I was understandably apprehensive but the doctor and nurses helped every step of the way. Thank you for making a challenging day so bearable.

The anaesthetist was really kind and distracted me from the needle. The ladies in with him were lovely, and aftercare was good.

My only complaint about the service I have received would be regarding the lady who did my initial scan. I was very anxious and upset and she wasn't very compassionate and made me feel significantly more upset. However, this minor negative is far outweighed by the amazing care I have received from everyone else at the Maidstone clinic. Being very anxious (and a pain, no doubt), everybody has gone over and above to make me feel safe, comfortable and make my needs accommodated. I am so grateful to have access to such an amazing service. Thank you to everyone who has made me feel so comfortable here (especially [name removed] who went over and above to calm me down and discuss everything with me to calm me down). You all do an a!asking job day in, day out and it doesn't go unappreciated.
