My telephone consultation was very poor. I was not sent information on my telephone consultation and it had to be re booked

The only disappointing thing was waiting times at the clinic itself. My first app I waited three hours and the day of procedure was again three hours. Otherwise I couldn't fault the staff or the treatment.
