I can't fault the clinic in any way, they are the friendliest, most supportive group of staff. I would recommend them to anyone. The organisation of after care for me was bad from the call center but again, I could not fault the actual clinic - they made a bad situation good. A special thanks to the member of reception who rang me the same day for a cancellation the following day - your kindness means more to me than you know. Thank you to the staff at Maidstone.

I was so scared about the procedure but I can honestly say the staff are absolutely amazing and it was SO quick. I can't recommend enough and in my opinion they can't improve on anything - they were all absolutely brilliant

For a treatment that may seem very scary for many the team here made me feel so comfortable and welcomed everyone was absolutely lovely and so caring. [name removed] was beyond amazing. A big thank you to everyone that helped me.
