From the moment of entering Maidstone clinic staff were polite helpful and informative as was running slightly behind. My consultation with nurse was professional and attentive she reassured throughout and was supportive when I was not comfortable with tablet home treatment. Very knowledgeable and helpful made me feel at ease. Day of termination, staff again amazing welcoming and fully informative of every step of procedure, I was in lot of pain when coming round and they made me feel supported comfortable and calmed. The staff were all amazing and I can't thank them enough for care. Thank you Marie stopes!
