I was nervous and put at ease by staff. I did suffer with sickness after the tablets under my tongue and felt it could have been more dignified as I was left to be sick in a room with other people. Other than that perfect no complaints.

Going into the appointment I felt very nervous and worried the staff introduced themselves and spoke to me making me feel very relaxed and more at eased. They checked on me regularly and asked if I was okay. Very lovely and friendly staff.
