This has been such a hard thing to go through as this was a much wanted IVF pregnancy but due to fetal anomaly, it will not survive. The team here have been so understanding and have given me time and the opportunity to speak to staff. They have made this whole process much more bearable.

There were issues initially about my phone assessment. I was given a time and date and no one called. Apparently, the booking wasn't finished eventhough I got a text confirmation. This delayed treatment.

I found most of the staff were really lovely but 2 were quite cold, maybe it was a language barrier and I said pardon as I couldn't understand what was said fully, but I'm very grateful for all everyone has done.
