I felt that although most staff were friendly and approachable. I was treated in a way I felt was unfomtable as I was nervous and because of this I was asked if I was on recreational drugs when I informed I wasn't I was unnecessarly and inappropriately challengd in a way I felt could of been handled with more care and understanding.

I was treated with care and respect andcdidn't have to wait in cues or wait for days to have the treatment.

All of the nurses are very very friendly and I loved meeting them all and having all of their support and they made me feel less anxious and were generally just amazing people

There was understanding where by I was booked in over the phone but when I arrived this morning for my procedure I wasn't booked in however thankfully this issue was dealt with and resolved without too much of a wait, thank you
