The care I have received by nurses etc has been amazing although I feel the process to me getting to a surgical abortion definitely needs to be addressed.

I waited 2 hours 30mins, with no explanation as to what was happening,how long I would wait for or what would happen for my entire wait. I am currently writing this without a clear head, feeling dizzy and no one asking if I'm ok.....?
