Waiting times are terrible ,being left in a room with lots of women for prolonged amouns of time !. Appointment times aren't kept.servicewas good and team were

They accidentally booked me without information from my GP, so just before I arrived they called and cancelled me. Then when I came in they explained I'd have tablets and wait and have surgery, but then I didn't have any tablets and went straight into surgery. Just felt a bit unorganised.

This is my first time having an abortion. I felt very comfortable around the staff as they were able to help with any questions I had. After my procedure the staff were very helpful and attentive which made me feel good.
