I was so nervous and scared and they made me feel calm. And spoke through at what was going to happen. I can't thank everyone I'm this service anymore for making me feel calm and safe

It was very good once there. I was very shocked in the initial consultation to have to have gone through such graphic details of the domestic violence I have been through. I felt I could have been better prepared for this at the telephone stage. I was very upset by the questioning .
The nurses for before and aftercare were excellent

everyone respected me and ensured I was as comfortable as possible and I had access to help or assistance at all times, refreshments were provided after the operation :)
