Since having to make the very hard call to end the pregnancy and due to the fact that it was due to the heart not developing correctly they have been very supportive talking to my mum when I couldn't bring myself to make the first call.
When it came to the appointments even during this pandemic they were happy for my partner to sit in the waiting room with me before having to go through which was a great help due to my mental health. Once I was on the ward the nurses were really supportive especially with the reason why always making sure that I was doing alright.

I had one phone call with a male advisor which was a very unpleasant experience (I requested a different advisor who was excellent). Every other member of staff has been incredible. I would recommend Marie Stopes to a friend. I contacted the helpline multiple times as I was very anxious, and received fantastic support.
