The telephone support was outstanding
I felt the Doctor rushed the information given and was unsympathetic
Being the first appointment today it was 40 minutes late
The receptionist did however apologise . The nurse was prompted to by myself. I could have waited in my car with the support of my mum as my anxiety was high
The after care was compassionate and warm from the nurses

I felt at ease, but in the treatment room felt slightly uncomfortable as I wasnt sure what to expect. Overall it was easier than expected, though and once I was asleep I was okay. Thank you to everyone involved in my treatment.
