My appointment got cancelled and I ended up having to go to a very far away clinic, they also booked me in wrong due to my latex allergy which ended up in me having to wait longer

All staffs were very professional, kind and caring. They were very efficient. I really appreciate all the care and help provided. The counselling session was brilliant. It helped me think through straight and make decision.
